At my son's 4th birthday party, my friend Mandy dropped off her son and apologized for not staying, because she had to take her 2 year old to the dr, again. This was the beginning of Cora's journey. Having lost an uncle I never met to Leukemia, Cora's journey hit too close to home. Cora and her family pushed through their journey with strength and grace. My uncle never had a chance.
